Fruit salad



Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- can pineapple chunks, drained - 1 oz
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- orange juice - 1/3 c
- medium apples - 2 item
- cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
- orange peel, grated - 1 Tbsp
- can mandarin oranges - 1 item
- bananas, sliced - 2 item
How to make fruit salad:
Stir sugar and cornstarch together in saucepan. Blend in pineapple. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils. Boil and stir 1 minute. While hot, pour over fruit. Refrigerate, uncovered, until mixture cools.Recipe categories: Pineapple, Salads, Tropical fruits.
