  • milk - 1 c
  • bananas - 3 item
  • pineapple chunks - 1 can
  • instant vanilla pudding
  • red apples - 2 item
  • Mandarin oranges - 1 can
  • peach slices - 1 can
  • cultured sour cream - 3/4 c
  • orange juice concentrate do not dilute - 1/3 c

How to make fruit salad:

Sauce:1 (3 1/2 oz.) instant vanilla pudding1 c. milk1/3 c. orange juice concentrate (do not dilute)3/4 c. cultured sour cream Note: Fresh fruits may be substituted for canned fruits.

Drain all fruit well. Slice bananas, chop unpeeled apples and peaches into bite size pieces. Mix all fruit together gently; set aside.

To make sauce, combine dry pudding mix with milk, orange juice concentrate and sour cream. Beat with wire whisk until smooth. Mixture will be thick. Mix fruit into sauce with wooden spoon; stir well. Cover and chill.
