Fruit salad
Ingredients/Components
- milk
- sour cream - 3/4 c
- can mandarin oranges - 1 oz
- 4 oz
- frozen orange juice concentrate - 1/3 c
- can pineapple tidbits - 1 oz
- can fruit cocktail - 1 oz
- can sliced peaches - 1 oz
- or 2 apples, peeled and chopped - 1 item
How to make fruit salad:
Drain first 4 fruits. Combine in large bowl and set aside. In medium mixing bowl, beat pudding mix, milk and orange juice for 2 minutes. Add sour cream. Mix well. Spoon over fruit to which apple has been added. Toss to coat fruit. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours. Will keep several days refrigerated.
