Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- cornstarch
- water - 2 Tbsp
- confectioners sugar - 1/4 c
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- orange juice - 1/4 c
- can mandarin oranges, drained - 1 oz
- carton frozen whipped topping, thawed - 1 oz
- to 3 kiwi fruit, sliced - 2 item
- red grape halves - 1/2 c
How to make fruit pizza:
Pat cookie dough into an ungreased 14-inch pizza pan. Bake at 375° for 10 to 12 minutes or until browned. Cool. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over crust. Arrange fruit on top. In saucepan, combine sugar, orange juice, water, lemon juice, cornstarch and salt; bring to boil, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes or until thick. Cool; brush over fruit. Chill. Store in refrigerator. Yield: 16 to 20 servings.Recipe categories: Desserts, < 30 mins, Kid Friendly.
