- sugar - 1 c
- chopped nuts - 1 item
- flour - 1 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- light brown sugar - 1/2 c
- Cool Whip or vanilla ice cream - 1 item
- can fruit cocktail and juice medium can - 1 oz
How to make fruit dessert:
Use an 8 x 8-inch pan. Mix egg, flour, sugar, baking soda and fruit cocktail. Pour into square pan. Sprinkle light brown sugar and nuts on top. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350°. Serve in squares with Cool Whip or ice cream.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pineapple, Tropical fruits.
