Fruit compote



  • lemon juice - 1/4 c
  • orange juice - 1/2 c
  • Karo light corn syrup - 3/4 c
  • mixed fresh fruit - 8 c
  • very thin lemon rind strips - 2 Tbsp

How to make fruit compote:

Blend corn syrup, orange juice, lemon rind and juice in large bowl. Add fruit; toss to coat well. Refrigerate, covered, for several hours.
