- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- soda - 1 tsp
- sifted flour
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- 2 can fruit cocktail
How to make fruit cocktail pudding:
Sift dry ingredients together; add beaten egg and fruit cocktail. Mix lightly and pour into a greased pan for baking. Bake at 375° about 25 minutes. Serve with whipped cream.Recipe categories: Desserts, Puddings and mousses, South african.
