Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- brown sugar - 1/4 c
- evaporated milk - 1 c
- coconut - 1/2 c
- self-rising flour - 2 c
- 2 can fruit cocktail
- Pour into greased and floured loaf pan
How to make fruit cocktail cake:
Mix sugar, flour, eggs and fruit cocktail. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan. Add brown sugar and coconut on top of batter. Bake at 350° until toothpick comes out clean.Icing For Fruit Cocktail Cake:1 c. sugar1 stick margarine1 c. evaporated milk1/2 c. chopped pecans1/2 c. coconut1 tsp. vanilla Mix and cook until slightly thickened the sugar, margarine and evaporated milk.
