  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 pkg
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • soda - 2 tsp
  • pinch of salt - 1 item
  • plain flour - 2 c
  • can fruit cocktail - 1 item
  • small can milk - 1 item
  • eggs, beaten together - 2 item
  • Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until done

How to make fruit cocktail cake:

Mix all ingredients together and pour in broiler pan. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until done.Icing:1 can coconut1 pkg. chopped nuts1 small can milk1 c. sugar1 stick margarine Mix ingredients together over low heat. Cook about 10 minutes. Pour over cake while still hot.
