- salt - 1/4 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- flour - 1 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- #303 can fruit cocktail, drained - 1 item
How to make fruit cocktail cake:
Mix fruit cocktail, sugar, flour, soda, salt and egg together, stirring well in an 8 x 10-inch pan. Cover with brown sugar and nuts. Bake in oven at 325° for 40 to 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Fruit.
