- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- flour - 2 c
- soda - 2 tsp
- flaked coconut
- dash of salt - 1 item
- can fruit cocktail - 1 item
- Bake at 300° for 45 minutes
How to make fruit cocktail cake:
Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 300° for 45 minutes.Icing:1 stick margarine1 1/2 c. flaked coconut1 tsp. vanilla1 c. sugar1/2 c. milk1/2 c. chopped nuts Boil 2 minutes in a saucepan and pour over warm cake.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Fruit.
