Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- milk - 3/4 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 3/4 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- stick butter - 1 item
- fruit - 3 4
How to make fruit cobbler:
In bottom of 2-quart Pyrex dish, melt butter. Mix all other ingredients and pour over melted butter but do not mix. Pour fruit over top and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Delicious served warm with ice cream.Fresh peaches, blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, cherries or apples make a delicious cobbler. If apples are used, add 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
