Frozen strawberry salad

Ingredients/Components

• pkg - 2 oz
• heavy cream, whipped - 1 c
• mayonnaise - 1 c
• marshmallows 16 large marshmallows, cut up - 1/4 lb
• 2 can crushed pineapple, drained
• chopped pecans - 1 c

How to make frozen strawberry salad:

Stir cheese to soften. Fold in whipped cream, then add the remaining ingredients. Freeze until firm. Serve in a lettuce cup. A nice salad for a ladies' luncheon. Serves 10.

Fresh strawberries, slightly sweetened, may be used instead of frozen strawberries.
