Ingredients/Components
- 3 oz pkgs strawberry Jello - 2 item
- 3 oz pkg cherry Jello - 1 item
- 16 oz bottle lemon juice - 1 item
- lg cans pineapple juice - 2 item
- qt ginger ale - 3 item
How to make frozen punch:
Dissolve Jello in 9 cups of boiling water. Bring to boil 4 cups sugar and 4 cups of water; boil until dissolved. Add Jello mixture, lemon juice, and pineapple juice. Freeze in any kind of containers. Take out of the freezer 1 1/2 hours before serving. When ready to serve, put softened frozen mixture into punch bowl. Pour ginger ale over the mixture. Stir and serve. Makes a slush punch.Note: For a green punch, use lime Jello and add 1 T almond extract.
