Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- water - 1/2 c
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- apricot nectar - 2 c
- medium bananas, sliced - 4 item
- crushed pineapple in own juice, undrained - 1 c
- frozen strawberries in syrup, thawed and undrained - 10 oz
How to make frozen fruit salad:
Bring sugar and water to boil. Reduce heat and simmer until syrupy, about 8 minutes. Cool. Combine other ingredients in large bowl. Stir in cool syrup. Spoon into 18 foil-lined muffin cups and freeze until firm, about 4 hours. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.Recipe categories: Pineapple, Salads, Tropical fruits.
