Frozen fruit salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- sour cream - 2 c
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- almond extract - 1 tsp
- chopped maraschino cherries - 3 tsp
- lemon juice - 2 tsp
- crushed pineapple, drained - 3/4 c
- chopped bananas - 2 item
How to make frozen fruit salad:
Mix cream, sugar, lemon juice, almond and salt. Add fruit. Fill muffin tins (lined with cupcake liners) and freeze. When frozen, remove and put in plastic bags. Take out 5 minutes before serving. Paper will come off easily. Serve on lettuce.Recipe categories: Pineapple, Salads, Tropical fruits.
