Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 1/2 lb
- whipping cream - 1/2 pt
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- small can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- small can cherries - 1 item
- fruit cocktail or any desired fruit and juice - 1 c
How to make frozen fruit salad:
Whip the whipping cream; blend in mayonnaise and cream cheese. Fold in fruit and juices. Put in refrigerator tray and freeze. Serve on crisp lettuce.Recipe categories: Pineapple, Salads, Tropical fruits.
