Ingredients/Components
- can sliced peaches - 1 oz
- to 3 bananas - 2 item
- can apricot halves - 1 3/4
- can chunk pineapple - 1 oz
- cartons frozen strawberries - 2 oz
- water - 1 c
- sugar - 1 c
How to make frozen fruit salad:
Dice and drain all fruit except strawberries. Combine in a 2-quart casserole. Boil water; add sugar. Boil until clear. Pour over fruit mixture. Freeze overnight. Set out 20 to 30 minutes before serving. Makes 8 servings.Recipe categories: Pineapple, Salads, Tropical fruits.
