Ingredients/Components
- frozen whipped topping, thawed - 1 (8
- can sweetened condensed milk - 1 oz
- can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 oz
- lettuce leaves optional - 1 item
- chopped pecans or walnuts - 2/3 c
- can Mandarin oranges, drained - 1 oz
- can peach or cherry pie filling - 1 oz
How to make frozen fruit salad:
In large bowl, combine milk and pie filling. Add oranges, pineapple and nuts. Gently fold in whipped topping. Spread into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Cover and freeze. Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving. Cut into squares; serve on lettuce lined plates, if desired.Recipe categories: Pineapple, Salads, Tropical fruits.
