- salt - 1 Tbsp
- white sugar
- salad oil - 1 c
- celery seed - 1 tsp
- cabbage, shredded - 14 c
- medium onions, chopped - 2 item
- white vinegar - 1 c
- green peppers, chopped - 2 item
- red peppers, chopped - 2 item
How to make frozen cole slaw:
Bring vinegar, oil, sugar, salt and celery seed to a boil. Pour over cabbage, peppers and onions. Stir occasionally. Cool and freeze in containers.Recipe categories: Salads, Vegetables, Northeastern U.S..
