  • sugar - 1/4 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • evaporated milk
  • chocolate chips - 1 c
  • melted butter - 1/2 c
  • powdered sugar - 2 c
  • chopped walnuts - 1 c
  • whipping cream - 1 pt
  • crushed graham crackers
  • Neapolitan ice cream - 1/2 gal
  • graham crackers - 1 item
  • to 3 bananas - 2 item

How to make frozen banana split dessert:

Graham Cracker Crust:2 c. crushed graham crackers1/4 c. sugar1/2 c. melted butter Make crust and reserve 1 cup crumbs for top. Pat in an 11 x 15-inch pan (9 x 13-inch will work). Slice bananas over crust. Slice ice cream in 1/2-inch slices and place on bananas. Sprinkle with nuts and freeze. Melt chocolate chips and butter. Add sugar and milk (1 cup if smaller pan is used). Cook until thick and smooth. Add vanilla and cool. Pour over ice cream and freeze. Whip the cream (1 cup for smaller pan). Spread over chocolate. Top with crumbs and freeze.
