Frosty fruit smoothie
Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- ice cubes - 3 item
- fat-free milk - 1/2 c
- medium banana, peeled and cut into chunks - 1 item
- orange, pineapple, grape or apple juice or low-calorie cranberry juice, chilled - 1 c
How to make frosty fruit smoothie:
In a blender container, combine the banana chunks, chilled fruit juice, milk, vanilla and ice cubes. Cover and blend until frothy. Pour mixture into glasses. Serve immediately.Recipe categories: < 15 mins, Drinks, Smoothies.
