Frosty fruit salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- buttermilk - 1 qt
- can crushed pineapple, drained - 20 oz
- can fruit cocktail, drained - 17 oz
How to make frosty fruit salad:
In a large bowl combine sugar, salt, buttermilk and vanilla until well mixed. Gently stir in drained fruits. Pour into a 9-inch square pan. Freeze until firm. Cut into squares to serve. Store in freezer.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low fat, Salads.
