Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- light brown sugar - 3/4 c
- large egg white - 1 item
How to make frosted pecans:
Beat egg white, add sugar and vanilla. Beat well. Add 2 cups pecan halves. Mix well with spoon. With a teaspoon or your finger, put 1 pecan half at a time on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 250° for 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Lunch/snacks, Snacks.
