Frosted cauliflower
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- prepared mustard - 2 tsp
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- medium head cauliflower - 1 item
- shredded sharp cheese - 3/4 c
How to make frosted cauliflower:
Cook large pieces or whole cauliflower for 12 to 15 minutes in boiling, salted water; drain well. Place in shallow baking pan. Sprinkle with salt. Mix mayonnaise and mustard; spread over. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 10 minutes at 375°. Serves 6. (Could cut it up as well.)Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Cauliflower.
