Friendship sugar cookies

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• milk - 1/3 c
• flour
• baking soda - 1/2 tsp
• egg - 1 item
• shortening - 1 c
• cream of tartar - 1 tsp

How to make friendship sugar cookies:

Mix shortening, sugar, egg and vanilla thoroughly. Blend in remaining ingredients. Divide dough in half. Roll each half approximately 3/16-inch thick on floured surface. Using cookie cutter, cut shapes and place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350&d
