Ingredients/Components

  • large zucchini - 1 item
  • egg - 1 item
  • flour - 1 Tbsp
  • garlic or to taste - 1 tsp
  • oil - 2 Tbsp

How to make fried zucchini:

Grate zucchini in hash brown form; mix in egg, flour and garlic. Put 2 tablespoons of oil in frying pan and cook until done.

Makes a nice cool summer dish.
