How to make fried wonton:

Brown meat in oil until brown and crumbly. Add diced water chestnuts and 1 onion. Season with soy sauce, garlic powder and pepper. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Stir in cornstarch dissolved in sake. Add green onions and cook for 1 minute. Let it cool.

Wrap a teaspoonful in wonton skin, folding diagonally and sealing edges by wetting with dab of water or egg white. Deep fry in 360° oil until golden brown.

Or make "Wonton Soup" by boiling in chicken broth for 3 to 4 minutes, adding salt to taste and some sliced green onion, and serving hot.
