Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
- sifted flour
- cornmeal - 1/4 c
- can salmon - 1 lb
- Wesson oil - 1/4 c
How to make fried salmon patties:
Drain salmon. Pick out bones. Break into bite-size pieces. Stir flour and salt together; blend in cornmeal. Combine egg and milk. Stir into dry ingredients. Add salmon; mix well. Drop by heaping spoonfuls into hot frying pan with oil. Fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Main dish, Salmon.
