Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vegetable oil
- soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- green onions, chopped - 6 item
- peas - 6 oz
- cooked rice - 3 c
- fresh ginger - 1/2 tsp
- green bell pepper, diced - 1 item
- leftover pork, chicken or beef - 1/2 1
How to make fried rice:
Heat oil in skillet on stove over medium heat. Add rice and cook, stirring 5 minutes. Add meat, green onions, ginger, pepper and peas. Push rice mix to side. Break eggs into middle of skillet.
