Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/2 tsp
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vegetable oil
  • soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
  • green onions, chopped - 6 item
  • peas - 6 oz
  • cooked rice - 3 c
  • fresh ginger - 1/2 tsp
  • green bell pepper, diced - 1 item
  • leftover pork, chicken or beef - 1/2 1

How to make fried rice:

Heat oil in skillet on stove over medium heat. Add rice and cook, stirring 5 minutes. Add meat, green onions, ginger, pepper and peas. Push rice mix to side. Break eggs into middle of skillet. Cook, stirring 1 minute, and serve. Makes 6 servings.
