Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- oil - 4 Tbsp
- soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- onion, chopped - 1 c
- cold cooked rice - 4 c
- lightly beaten eggs - 4 item
How to make fried rice:
Saute onion in oil until brown. Add rice and saute. Mix in eggs, soy sauce and salt. At this point, 1 1/2 cups crumbled cooked bacon, ham or shrimp may be added.
