Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- oil - 3 Tbsp
- bean sprouts - 2 c
- monosodium glutamate - 1/4 tsp
- cold cooked rice - 3 c
- baby peas - 1/2 1
- chopped green onion more if desired - 1 c
- beaten eggs more if desired - 3 item
- dark soy sauce or to taste - 2 Tbsp
- fine chopped ham, pork or chicken - 1 2
- baby shrimp salad shrimp - 1/2 c
How to make fried rice:
Preheat wok. Heat oil. Cook meat; add onion and eggs. Stir-fry. Immediately add rice and mix. Add other vegetables and sprouts. Mix. Add soy sauce, salt and m.s.g. Stir quickly and serve.Recipe categories: Vegan, Pasta, rice and grains, Rice.
