Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • oil - 3 Tbsp
  • bean sprouts - 2 c
  • monosodium glutamate - 1/4 tsp
  • cold cooked rice - 3 c
  • baby peas - 1/2 1
  • chopped green onion more if desired - 1 c
  • beaten eggs more if desired - 3 item
  • dark soy sauce or to taste - 2 Tbsp
  • fine chopped ham, pork or chicken - 1 2
  • baby shrimp salad shrimp - 1/2 c

How to make fried rice:

Preheat wok. Heat oil. Cook meat; add onion and eggs. Stir-fry. Immediately add rice and mix. Add other vegetables and sprouts. Mix. Add soy sauce, salt and m.s.g. Stir quickly and serve.
