Ingredients/Components
- oil - 1 tsp
- well beaten egg - 1 item
- soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- onion, chopped - 1/2 item
- green pepper, chopped - 1/2 item
- green onions, chopped - 2 item
- cooked rice - 1 item
- diced pork, beef or chicken - 2 c
How to make fried rice:
Fry pork, beef or chicken in oil until brown. Add green pepper and onion. Stir and fry 2 to 3 minutes. Add cooked rice and continue cooking 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
