Ingredients/Components
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- cans beef broth - 2 item
- white rice - 1 c
- large can mushrooms - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped medium fine - 1 item
How to make fried rice:
Saute onion in butter until golden brown. Add rice. Stir until golden brown. Add mushrooms and broth. Bake in oven at 350° until broth has evaporated, about 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Vegan, Pasta, rice and grains, Rice.
