Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1/4 c
- egg, well beaten - 1 item
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- garlic salt - 1 tsp
- soy sauce - 3 Tbsp
- onion, chopped - 1/4 c
- minced parsley - 2 Tbsp
- cooked rice - 4 c
How to make fried rice:
Fry onion in butter until tender. Add rice, soy sauce, pepper, parsley and garlic salt. Cook over low heat 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add egg, stirring constantly. Cook on low heat 5 minutes more.Recipe categories: Vegan, Pasta, rice and grains, Rice.
