  • salt - 2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • large potatoes - 4 item
  • salad oil or bacon drippings - 1/3 c

How to make fried potato wedges:

Half unpeeled potatoes, then cut each half lengthwise into 3 or 4 wedges. Heat oil in skillet. Add potato wedges, onion, salt and pepper. Cover and cook about 20 minutes or until fork-tender and golden brown.
