Ingredients/Components
- salt - 2 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- large potatoes - 4 item
- salad oil or bacon drippings - 1/3 c
How to make fried potato wedges:
Half unpeeled potatoes, then cut each half lengthwise into 3 or 4 wedges. Heat oil in skillet. Add potato wedges, onion, salt and pepper. Cover and cook about 20 minutes or until fork-tender and golden brown.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Side dish.
