Fried peach pie

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 item
• oil - 1/2 c
• pie shell - 1 item
• peaches - 1 item

How to make fried peach pie:

Boil peaches until tender. Drain, mash with fork and sweeten to taste. Put on half of a pie shell, put other half of pie shell down over peaches. Use prongs of wet fork to seal crust. Fry in oil, turn over and fry other side until done.
