- sugar - 1 item
- oil - 1/2 c
- pie shell - 1 item
- peaches - 1 item
How to make fried peach pie:
Boil peaches until tender. Drain, mash with fork and sweeten to taste. Put on half of a pie shell, put other half of pie shell down over peaches. Use prongs of wet fork to seal crust. Fry in oil, turn over and fry other side until done.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
