Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1/2 c
- lemon pepper - 1 item
- corn meal - 1/2 c
- medium green tomatoes - 3 item
How to make fried green tomatoes:
Slice tomatoes 1/4-inch thick. Place on large platter and sprinkle well with lemon pepper. Let stand 45 minutes at room temperature. Drain off juice. Roll tomatoes in flour and corn meal mixture.
