- corn meal - 1 item
- green tomatoes - 1 item
- medium even potatoes - 4 item
- chopped fresh herbs such as parsley, chives, thyme or sage or 2 to 3 tsp - 2 3
How to make fried green tomatoes:
Peel the potatoes if the skin is tough, otherwise just scrub and rinse them. Cut potatoes into thin slices, but not all the way through.
