Ingredients/Components
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- stick butter - 1/3 item
- pinch of sugar - 1 item
- bacon grease - 1 item
- ears corn - 12 item
How to make fried corn:
Cut corn off cob and place in skillet with enough bacon grease to cover bottom of skillet. Add flour and butter. Salt, pepper and sugar to taste. Add enough water to keep it loose and from sticking. Stir regularly over medium to low heat.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Corn.
