  • chopped pecans - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • flour - 1 c
  • butter
  • buttermilk - 1 item
  • honey - 1/4 c
  • cayenne - 1/4 tsp
  • garlic - 1/4 tsp

How to make fried chicken:

Sauce:1 c. butter1/4 c. honey1/2 c. chopped pecans Soak 4 to 6 boneless, skinless split chicken breasts in buttermilk for 1 1/2 hours. Mix flour, salt, garlic and cayenne. Coat chicken with this mixture, let stand 20 minutes. Fry until golden brown. Simmer together sauce ingredients, pour over cooked chicken and serve.
