How to make fried chicken:
Beat the egg and half and half. In a paper bag, mix the flour, salt and pepper. Dip chicken in the egg, then place in bag and shake. Fry chicken in a deep skillet until evenly cooked, approximately 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Poultry, Whole chicken.
