  • flour - 1/2 c
  • egg - 1 item
  • black pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • half and half milk - 1/2 c
  • frying chickens, cut into 8 pieces - 2 (3

How to make fried chicken:

Beat the egg and half and half. In a paper bag, mix the flour, salt and pepper. Dip chicken in the egg, then place in bag and shake. Fry chicken in a deep skillet until evenly cooked, approximately 30 minutes.
