- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- buttermilk - 1 c
- vegetable oil - 2 c
- paprika - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- pieces chicken unskinned - 8 item
How to make fried chicken:
Beat eggs and milk with fork and add salt, pepper and paprika. Dip chicken into egg mixture. Dip into flour. Fry in hot oil. Brown on one side; turn and brown on other. Cover pan and cook on low heat for 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Poultry, Whole chicken.
