Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 1/2 c
  • garlic salt - 1 tsp
  • onion salt - 1 tsp
  • chopped parsley - 3 tsp
  • black pepper - 1 tsp
  • corn meal - 1 c
  • catfish fillets - 1 item

How to make fried catfish:

Put ingredients in a bag and shake to mix (except fish). Drop fish fillets in bag and shake. Fry in hot oil.
