Fresh vegetable pizza
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- tomatoes, chopped - 1 c
- green pepper, chopped - 1/2 c
- small broccoli florets - 1 c
- horseradish - 2 Tbsp
- fresh mushrooms, chopped - 2 c
- green onion, chopped - 1/2 c
- cans Pillsbury crescent rolls - 2 item
How to make fresh vegetable pizza:
Heat oven to 375°. Separate dough into 4 long rectangles. Place rectangles crosswise in ungreased 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan. Press over bottom and 1 inch up sides to form crust. Seal perforations. Bake at 375° for 14 to 19 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely.In small bowl combine sour cream, horseradish, salt and pepper. Blend until smooth. Spread on cooled crust. Top with fresh vegetables. Cut into appetizer size pieces. Refrigerate leftovers.
