Ingredients/Components
- butter, softened - 3 Tbsp
- water
- table salt
- broccoli, cut in 1-inch pieces - 1/2 lb
- medium carrots, sliced thin diagonally - 4 item
- medium zucchini, cut in 2 x 1/2-inch sticks - 2 item
How to make fresh vegetable medley:
About 15 minutes before serving, bring to boil water and 1/2 teaspoon of table salt in large saucepan. Add vegetables; cover and simmer 5 to 8 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp. Drain well.
