Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cornstarch - 3 Tbsp
- whipped cream - 1/2 pt
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- fresh strawberries
- 9-inch pie shell, baked - 1 item
How to make fresh strawberry pie:
Wash and hull berries and reserve half of the best ones. Mash other half; add cornstarch and sugar. Cook until thick and clear. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice; cool and add whole berries.
