Fresh peach pie



  • sugar - 3/4 c
  • butter - 1 Tbsp
  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • tapioca - 2 Tbsp
  • sliced peaches 8 medium - 5 c

How to make fresh peach pie:

Mix first 7 ingredients into large bowl: peaches, sugar, tapioca, lemon juice and butter. Let stand while making pastry. Pour in fruit mixture. Bake on lower rack at 400° for 40 to 45 minutes.
