Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- tapioca - 2 Tbsp
- sliced peaches 8 medium - 5 c
How to make fresh peach pie:
Mix first 7 ingredients into large bowl: peaches, sugar, tapioca, lemon juice and butter. Let stand while making pastry. Pour in fruit mixture. Bake on lower rack at 400° for 40 to 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
