Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 2 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • evaporated milk - 1 c
  • soda - 2 tsp
  • pinch of salt - 1 item
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • fresh peaches, cut up - 4 c
  • Put part of the peaches and eggs in blender

How to make fresh peach cake:

Mix sugar, flour and salt together in a large bowl. Put part of the peaches and eggs in blender. Blend well, then add to sugar, flour and salt mixture. Put the remaining peaches, soda and vanilla in blender. Blend well. Add to rest of ingredients and stir well. Grease a 13 x 9-inch pan and bake at 325° to 350° for about 30 to 35 minutes.Icing:1 c. sugar1 stick butter1 c. evaporated milk1 tsp. vanilla While cake is baking, boil sugar, butter, milk and vanilla until thick. Spoon over cake as soon as you take cake out of the oven.
