Fresh pea soup
Ingredients/Components
- water - 6 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- large potatoes - 2 item
- carrots - 1 c
- bag frozen peas - 2 lb
- small ham with bone - 1 item
How to make fresh pea soup:
Place ham in large kettle with water. Boil until cooked and remove meat (approximately 2 to 4 cups of cubed ham). Grind in food grinder peas, carrots, onions and potatoes. Add to stock of ham.
